6 Ways our government keeps us controlled.

  1. Replacing Private rights with public rights

    2.         There are 3 types of Rights

    1. Public rights  (privileges or franchises )- rights exist between the Government and Citizens/inhabitants
      1. Apply to your status not LAND
      2. Created by congress in civil statutes
      3. Private rights - exist in relationship between Human beings  (non-residents) and GOV
        1. Attach to land not status
        2. protected by common law (there is a difference between common law and statutory law)
        3. Constitutional Rights -exist between human being and government
          1. attached to LAND - not status
            • Two types of property
              • Absolute : shared /w no one
              • qualified : shared
              • Government established to " keep private & public property separate
                • They steal private property  by WILLFULLY confusing public rights with private rights and privileges
                • Purpose of the government
                  • Protect the PRIVATE RIGHTS
                    • No not your public rights (meaning claim any status, or accept any benefit connected to this status"citizen" "Resident" "spouse"  "driver"-or  apply for or use government property in connection with otherwise private financial transactions  you cannot be free from the system
                    • Promote JUSTICE
                      • legally defined as :the right to be LEFT ALONE
                      • Government that doesnt protect you from its own abuses of authority to convert private property & rights into public rights w/oEXPRESSED, DEMONSTRATED EVIDENCE of your consent to the conversion is a government mafia
                        • Two types of GOVERNMENT
                          • Government by CONSENT (DE JURE )- dont enforce civil obligation with out express consent
                          • Terrorist Government- operate by force or fraud  (DE DE FACTO GOVERNMENT)
                          • PURPOSE OF GOVERNMENT: Identify , isolate, instruct, and punish those who INURE OTHERS
                            • IN MY opinion that is why the pandemic was orchestrated in such a way that it made everyone not complying with the mandates the "Injurers" of others.
                              • They have made the public believe that non compliance does harm to others when the evidence to this reality for that is non existent
                              • People who dont understand this will see arrest/detentions/ job loss/ medical tyranny/ mandatory vaccines/  as Justice
                                • WHY? Because Laws that punish OFFENSES that dont injure others are UNJUST"
                                • So, by propagating that these "non-compliants" are injuring others (Asymptotic )it releases their conscious of feeling bad for allowing people to suffer tyrannical abuse from government public officials while they stand idly BY.
