🏐 In Volleyball Explained Olympics Special (Day 11, men's quarterfinals) with co-host Victor Petrov, coach in the Olympic Center for development of young talents in Germany, we discussed the 1/4-finals in Tokyo 2020: 

✅ France defeated Poland 3:2 - the French team playing as a team, the influence of Antoine Brizard, the issues of Poland with the second outside hitter, are the Polish setters actually good enough, will Vital Heynen stay as a head coach of Poland? 

✅ Argentina eliminated Italy 3:2 - Osmany Juantorena retired from the national team, Luciano de Cecco being great again, Argentina found their natural opposite in the name of Bruno Lima, Zaytsev underperforming; 

✅ Brazil is in the semifinals after beating Japan 3:0 - height and power trumps flexibility; 

✅ Russia dominates Canada 3:0 - no chances for the North Americans, routine win for Russia.
