Phumzile Mthembu is a lifecoach who uses her NPC ‘ZMCoach My Mind’ to change the status quo of declining mental health amongst young children.

 

Among their objectives as an NPC is reducing distress and premature mortality related to mental illness as well as reducing stigma and increasing community participation  and increase access to preventative services to at risk populations.
