The NHL's Global Series is behind us and we can now jump into the "real" portion of the week 1 schedule that runs from Monday, October 7th to Sunday, October 13th.

This week we return to our familiar weekly fantasy preview format, which covers off top performances from the week prior, the NHL schedule and recommended waiver wire targets for the upcoming week.

• Edge Work - Week 1 Schedule. Vegas and Winnipeg are top priorities. 
• Edge Work - Waiver Wire Targets. There are several Golden Knights of interest for week 1. We're high on one Jet that already took off last season.
