It’s a simple question, “Is a career in video games for everyone?”, but it’s also a controversial one. What I mean when I ask this question is not speaking about whether or not anyone can handle it - which would be an entirely different discussion - but whether or not there’s a space in the industry for anyone from any background, race, and gender to thrive in.
