Nica del Rosario is the singer-songwriter behind former VP Leni Robredo's theme campaign songs "Rosas" and "Kay Leni Tayo." She is also the head writer/producer of FilpMusic Productions, who is well known to be the agency behind viral hit song "Tala" (#1 in charts in iTunes / Apple Music last 2022).
