I have spent 18 years in the Minnesota music/hip-hop scene as a rapper, producer, recording engineer, label owner, concert booker/promoter, and content maker. I have met so many incredible creatives along the way and I want to interview them to share their stories.
I created this for 4 main reasons.
1.) To talk to people in the music/entertainment/creative space who may face mental blocks, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck. Regardless if these people have built a “name” or following/reputation yet or not.
2.) Have conversations with people who have found success to try to figure out what types of habits, techniques, mind state, and positive things they’ve done to help them achieve their goals.
3.) Aim to bring value to people’s lives and help people break barriers. Share techniques, habits, and education. In turn as the show’s host, I hope to learn things as well.
4.) Help people with individuality, helping people find their voice, and helping people find their personal brands.
For the introduction episode, I thought would be appropriate if I started at the beginning and told my whole journey with music and Nice Guy Entertainment leading into why I wanted to do this.
