Jesus says the truth shall set you free, not niceness. God, our perfect father, has a more long-term growth plan designed for us, full of goodness and grace. Things like reproof, correction, and teaching are the tools He uses in His good way to change us. We wrap up our week on goodness talking about the importance of self-examination when God's goodness feels like hurt.
