Ep #146 - Nicholas Bayerle, an international speaker, podcast host, and social media influencer, joins me on the show this week for an inspiring and motivating interview. In our conversation, we discuss the topic of achieving greatness and the actions it actually takes for attainment. As CEO of The Billion Dollar Body, Nicholas specializes in helping men to reach an ultimate state of health, power, and confidence. Having worked with over 600 private clients, Nicholas has identified common patterns that block men from achieving full potential success. He helps them to overcome these areas by working to align their "what," "why," and "how." Sometimes a person may claim a high-level goal, but then show a lack of interest or willingness in doing the full amount of work necessary to achieve it. In cases like this, Nicholas works to get his clients to step back from the fake illusion and to embrace realistic goals based on their own threshold of willingness.

Nicholas now surrounds himself with top-tier entrepreneurs and influencers including the likes of Lewis Howes, Cole Hatter, and Jay Abraham. Through his speaking, podcasting, and social media presence, he has built a large audience of engaged followers and was recognized by Influencive as a "top 30 under 30" influencer.

Late in our interview, Nicholas describes one of his business philosophies as being a broker for the success of others. He describes how adopting this perspective changed the way he approached sales and other areas of his life.
