Carvana found that Chris and Nicholas already had the technology that they sought, Chris and Nick Nicholas were looking to expand, thus Chris, Nicholas and their team moved from a medium-sized company to the rocket ship Ferrari Carvana, and stayed on for three years

As an interviewer, I made their Seven years in the car business sound like stair steps, in reality, it was a crazy rollercoaster time going from being ecstatic to the next moment convinced they would have to shut their doors this won't work .per Nicholas this was an overnight success seven years in the making .every entrepreneur struggles most of the time and one day wakes up to a massive business, and then realizes it has worked but it was a hard way
