Nicholas Metropulos is the Executive Director of Marine Education Initiative, a nonprofit organization based in Boca Raton, FL. Their mission is to educate and empower youth to safeguard marine ecosystems for the future.

They recently saw the opportunity to add an Aquaponic system to their nonprofit as part of their food security goals for South Florida. Hear how they are now able to donate 10 times the amount of food than their previous initiative  and how they are working to provide sustainable, high-quality meals to those that need it the most.
