Nick Allard and I discuss getting our starts in television as recent and very broke college graduates. We then discuss the arc of his career as he moved from small market Tri-Cities, WA to Seattle, then Portland, then back to Seattle where he is currently the morning meteorologist and weather anchor at KIRO-7. Nick also opens up about how he has dealt with his anxiety professionally and otherwise.
