Today my guest is someone who is making big waves in the entrepreneurial space in Arizona. He is the founder of The Just Grow Podcast which is increasingly becoming more of a movement and a culture than just a podcast. After Experiencing some of the lowest lows in his life, he found himself on a solo journey in the mountains of UTAH where through a chance encounter with a stranger he learned that he had a gift for asking deep thought-provoking questions. This encounter sparked him to start a podcast however that isn’t what made him different. What made him different is that instead of deciding to start a podcast over zoom as most people do, he decided that he would host live in-person podcast watch parties that allowed the audience to be a part of the conversation. The ramifications of doing this have been life-altering for not just him but also for his audience. His ability to go deep with his guest, ask the right questions, and share his own vulnerabilities have allowed attendees to overcome personal traumas by simply being in attendance. This is why I say his podcast is more than a podcast. Today we are going to dive deep into his origin story, learn more about the vision behind Just Grow, and speak about some less conventional ways to overcome mental limitations what I am most excited about is sharing his Vision Video project.
