We kick off this episode with the one and only former NCU RB Nick Leclair.  We hop right in on his journey with athletes and taking a look back over the years and reflect on things he'd do differently.  More than 2 hours of straight going back in the time machine to 2011 so I highly recommend to give this episode a listen.
