A conversation with Nick Luscombe - radio broadcaster, field recordist, sound artist and DJ - discussing a range of his fascinating projects with audio in Japan and the UK including Sonic Labs, workshops and sound walks, plus the often-overlooked healing properties of sound, architecture and sound, the power of
music, and more. The conversation took place in Tokyo in May 2025 just after his collaborative recording with Japanese avant-garde musician Coppe and students at Nihon Kogakuin College.
