Dr. Nicholas Norwitz obtained his PhD in ketogenic metabolism and neurodegenerative diseases at Oxford University and is now working towards his MD at Harvard Medical School. Nick follows a ketogenic diet, and has been heavily involved in research and the public conversation around proper application of low carbohydrate/ketogenic ways of eating.  For this episode, we address the question of how far is too far when it comes to advocating for this way of eating. As low carb and ketogenic diets become more popular, what responsibility do advocates have when speaking to the application of these dietary protocols.  LMNT: drinkLMNT.com/HPO deltaG: deltagketones.com - IG: @deltag.ketones HPO Sponsors: zachbitter.com/hposponsors Support HPO: zachbitter.com/hpo  Zach’s Coaching: zachbitter.com/coaching Zach’s Newsletter: substack.com/@zachbitter Nick: newmediketo.com Tw: @nicknorwitz Zach: zachbitter.com IG: @zachbitter Tw: @zbitter Substack: zachbitter.substack.com FB: @zbitterendurance Strava: Zach Bitter TikTok: @zachbitter Threads: @zachbitter
