In this message, we explore the book of Psalms as a God-given guide for prayer, worship, and spiritual formation. Looking closely at Psalm 1, we see how the Psalms are first someone’s honest words to God, then God’s words to us, and finally words we can pray back to Him. This teaching invites us to bring our full humanity before God, to long for justice, to recognize our need for grace, and ultimately to see Jesus as the righteous one who makes a way for us to flourish in Him.
