• Law enforcement responded to a hostage situation at the South Central Correctional Center in Licking yesterday. The local stories don't clarify why the inmate took the staff member, and what happened for the inmate to let the hostage go. 
• Former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is on a book tour, and she's still claiming that Biden was mentally fit.
• KJP also claimed that she was an Independent, but would never vote Republican. She also claimed that the two party system is broken. She also said that Republicans have no humanity. 
• Karine Jean-Pierre appeared to panic during a tense Monday exchange with former Republican strategist Tim Miller after he challenged her claim that former President Joe Biden frequently engaged with the press and the public.
