Rep. Adam Schiff  survived a motion to censure him over his claims of Russian collusion with former President Trump in the 2016 presidential election, avoiding formal condemnation and a $16 million fine.

Shortly after that, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna announced that she will file a privileged motion to censure Rep. Adam Schiff and refer the congressman to the House Ethics Committee.
