Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla) vowed to derail Special Counsel Jack Smith's political witch hunt against Trump, insisting that House Republicans "should immediately demand that Jack Smith present himself for a transcribed interview before the Judiciary Committee in the next 15 days."
Mark Levin said Thursday on the Mark Levin Show that Trump’s lawyers should file an emergency request for the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the prosecutions of the former president.
While discussing the former president’s most recent Justice Department indictment, Al Sharpton criticized Trump for trying to stay in power after the 2020 election by inciting an insurrection. “One day, our children’s children will read American history, and can you imagine our children reading that James Madison or Thomas Jefferson tried to overthrow the government so they could stay in power? That’s what we’re looking at.”
Nick reads a piece from the American Thinker. "According to the indictment, the grounds for prosecuting Trump are that he did not tell the truth about the legality of votes cast in that election and so acted fraudulently and in bad faith. But such an indictment gives him a powerful defense: the truth."
