Drivers are prohibited from physically holding or supporting a cell phone with any part of their body; manually typing, writing, sending, or reading text-based messages; recording, posting, sending or broadcasting video, including video calls and social media posts; and watching a video or movie. Penalties won’t be enacted until 2025.
Netflix is winding down its shipment of DVDs, mailing the final batch on Sept. 29.
President Biden said Friday he plans to request additional funding from Congress for the development of a new COVID-19 vaccine, adding he may require everyone to take it whether they previously received a vaccine or not.
Dr. Joseph Ladapo, Florida's surgeon general, recommended this week people should not obey mask mandates and COVID-related lockdowns due to them not working to prevent the spread of the virus.
