Courtney and Mark join us to talk about the rezoning issue in the University Heights Neighborhood.

The University Heights Neighborhood is located at National and Sunshine.

A developer purchased multiple lots off Sunshine and National and plans to rezone these properties from Residential – Single Family to General Retail.

Mr. Fletcher says there are a lot of restrictions on the lots that were purchased.

The rezone meeting was postponed until November.
