MSNBC, part of NBC/Comcast, had to settle with Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann for defamation and slander.  This is a pretext for future lawsuits coming on mainstream media and liberal politicians.  CNN and the Washington Post had to settle out of court in 2020 for defamation and slander.
