  • Why Today’s Generation Has Walked Away From Church — And Why I’m One of Them

In this week's episode of The Nick Speaks Podcast, I'm speaking
directly to pastors, both men and women, about church hurt,
accountability, and why I believe today's generation is walking away
    from traditional church.

Christians need to stop telling people who have experienced church
hurt to simply get over it or not allow what a man or woman of God did
to change their view of God. The reality is that, for many people, it
    already has.

When a church leader falls, the consequences reach far beyond that
leader's immediate family. Their actions can forever affect the sheep
who were under their spiritual leadership.

While I believe that the actions of a church leader should not
determine whether someone walks away from God altogether, pastors need
to understand the tremendous responsibility that comes with their
    calling.

Their mistakes don't just affect them. They can affect hundreds,
thousands, and sometimes even millions of people who follow their
ministries and look up to the God they see reflected in that man or
    woman.

In this episode, I'm challenging church leaders to recognize the
lasting impact their actions can have on people's faith and why
compassion, accountability, and understanding are essential if the
church wants to reach today's generation.

  • Sometimes God Hasn’t Been Enough for Me. Here’s Why.
This week’s episode was inspired by a private message I received from
one of my TikTok followers. While responding, I found myself admitting
something incredibly vulnerable: sometimes God hasn’t been enough for
    me.
But I think I finally understand why.
I know why God hasn’t been enough for me, and I believe a lot of
born-again believers struggle with the exact same thing. The answer
may surprise you. I know it surprised me when I had the revelation
    myself.
At the same time, the Bible tells us that God said, “It is not good
for man to be alone.” God created us with a need for human connection,
friendship, companionship, and community. But as believers, are we
    ever truly alone?
In this episode, I have a vulnerable conversation about loneliness, my
relationship with God, and the realization that forced me to take a
hard look at myself and ask: Why hasn’t God been enough for me?

  • Why Christians and witches have more in common than you think
Christian assumptions about ghosts, witches, and “the devil” get challenged fast when paranormal investigator and witch Adrien Clayton sits down with Nick Speaks. What starts as a conversation about spooky season turns into a surprising, sometimes unsettling look at spirits, energy, intuition, and why the line between faith and the paranormal may be thinner than most people think.
Adrienne Clayton ia a paranormal investigator, crystal healer, Reiki master, medium, witch and show host in my spare time. You would think I have a lot of it. I'm also a mother, grandmother, wife and caretaker. I help my husband run our community assistance business as well.
My hope in doing this podcast is that more people will realize that witches, Pagans or Druids are more like you than you would think. We are your neighbors, teachers, clerks and city officials. Also, to open your mind to the world around you. Seen and unseen. I'm not here to convince you.
