Nicki Jackson: Calls for health warnings on alcohol

A new study suggests that if there were labels on alcohol which told people of the risks involved, people would consume less of it.
The research surveys 130,000 people, with most saying they're not bothered by what current labels tell them in terms of a health warning.
However, minds changed when they were told of links to cancer.
Alcohol Healthwatch executive director Nicki Jackson told Mike Hosking too many people are ill-informed.
"Studies overseas show that 90 percent of the population don't know the relationship between alcohol and cancer and I think this is quite scary."
