Dr Nicky Terblanche’s areas of expertise include career transitions, transformational coaching, behavioural change, systems thinking, complexity theory and IT software development. He holds a PhD and MPhil in Management Coaching (cum laude) from USB. He is also involved in software development for various companies and he has his own coaching practice focusing on senior executives.
