Argentina has among the world’s highest corporate tax rates, a restrictive foreign currency regime with multiple government-mandated exchange rates, and a weak domestic currency battered by rapid inflation.
Even with these challenges, startups like MercadoLibre, Auth0, and Globant have become unicorns.
