After a few years of rejection and perseverance, Nicole Adams received her first role in the Human Resources field in 2015 as a Recruiter. Her experience as a recruiter catapulted her into her next role as a Human Resources Coordinator with the Oakland Raiders in 2016. While with the Raiders, Nicole juggled a multitude of HR and operation functions over the span of five football seasons, resulting in a life-changing career path that has played a huge role in shaping the HR professional she is today. Nicole currently works as the Senior People Operations Generalist at StyleSeat where she is able to focus on her passions of implementing DEI best practices and coaching leadership.
