Join Atlantic Fellow FIONNUALA SWEENEY in conversation with NICOLE JENKINS, Atlantic Fellow for SOCIAL EQUITY. Nicole is a Gamilaroi woman from Moree in north-west New South Wales. She is helping to establish a skill set that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people bring to the workforce that has not been acquired through formal education or training.

The ATLANTIC INSTITUTE is based in Oxford, England and works to promote connection and collaboration among Fellows from the seven Atlantic equity-focused programmes around the world in their quest for fairer, healthier, more inclusive societies.
