Nicole is more than slightly obsessed with confidence and what it takes to both build and keep it, but she wasn’t always this way. She used to put on a performance with her confidence, trying to prove herself to others, but not actually being her authentic self. She knew that she couldn’t ‘pretend’ to be confident forever, so she learned to not just ‘be’ confident, but ‘become’ confident. Today, Nicole is the host of This Is Woman's Work. Her company helps women to remove the roadblocks, biases and challenges that trailblazing, professional women face so that they can thrive as their authentic selves.
