Nicole traded in her corporate Sales and Marketing career on the fast track to join her parents in their 30-year-old family business here in Boca Raton. Armed with big business principles, this local establishment flourished. The growth was immediate, consistent, and transformative, and drew the attention of other business owners within the industry and beyond.

Nicole began to volunteer as a mentor within the small business community, teaching workshops and hosting masterclasses, and through this experience The Daily Drip was born.

The Daily Drip provides content, resources, programming and community for South Florida women in business at the ownership, c-suite, director, executive, and start up levels.  The Daily Drip is proudly supported by the Small Business Development Center at Florida Atlantic University, the Alan B.
