Who starts up an events-based business during a pandemic? This guest! Nicole began her events journey young, in her family catering business, and was instrumental in the expansion of the business into airlines, hospitals and hotel catering. “My family were very well known as the premier catering company in the community”. Nicole is highly driven and ambitious with a passion and flare for business, which led her to start her own venture.

In 1998, Nicole established her own event management agency, Extraordinary Events, and soon started organising events for many of the world's largest brands. Producing many large-scale events and brings invaluable industry insights.

These days, she operates a new venture called Event Buzz 360, which helps bridge the gap between people who want to schedule events, and the supplier who can make those events happen. And during a pandemic which has an end in sight, she's poised to disrupt an industry and make a huge impact.
