    • what are the stages you go through with a client? How do you know when you’ve reached the next step? 
  • what do space and satcoms founders typically miss as important in getting the right pool of candidates together, and screening for hire?
  • in my experience, posting a Want Ad and interviewing are tasks often pushed to the bottom of the pile by executives. They wait until they feel “ready” or the organization is at the breaking point before taking action. What have you found to be the case?
  • if you could pre-screen potential clients to come to you with one idea about recruiting or executive search already in their heads… what would that be?
