Nataraja Shristi and Ms. Meka Nism have received the "download from spirit" to bring you the Ascended Heart Navigators podcast which will guide you to great healing adventures and holistic journey work while following/ documenting the creation of the new Ms. Meka Nism album focused around heart healing soul journey work. This project will include Poetry, Story Telling, Music, Sound Healing, as well as ceremony and ritual work for individual, generational and global healing and well being. We will feature special guests from the spiritual healing community and the music industry that we are working with for this project and sharing what inspires us to blast light and love out into the world unconditionally for the Ascension of all sentient beings.
