Don’t you wish you could see in the dark? Don’t you wish you could know what is out there in the dark? It would be so cool to be able to go out in the pitch black and look around. Well, there are pieces of equipment called NOD’s. That stands for Night Optical or Observation Device, or NVG (Night Vision Goggles). You can hold them or attach them to a helmet or they can be mounted to vehicles or aircraft. They are used mostly in the military and law enforcement. NODs look into the dark, the unknown, the place you are unable to see with the naked eye…..with your own eyes. But with them, you can see in the dark. You have night vision.

That is like Faith. Being able to see ahead, in the dark, where others can’s see but you can with faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.
