If you're 21 or over, we invite you to mix up a cocktail and sit back while we discuss all things theme parks with some fun drinks thrown in. For this inaugural edition of Nightcap, streamed on July 4th, we have red, white and blue cocktails whipped up by our mixologist Matticus (@funnybooze) as we discuss patriotism and American-themed attractions in the theme parks of the world. 

Recipes for the cocktails featured in the show are below.

Red: Ward 8

- 2 oz whiskey

- 1/2 oz pomegranate molasses

- Lemon juice

Shake with ice, pour into maritni glass

Blue: Aviation

- 1.5 oz gin

- 1/2 oz lemon juice

- 1/2 oz luxardo maraschino liqueur

- 1/4 oz Creme de violette

Shake with ice, pour into martini glass. Garnish with cherry.

White: Gin Rickey

- 2 oz gin

- 1 oz lime juice

- 3/4 oz simple syrup

- Splash of half and half

Shake with ice, pour into Collins glass over crushed ice. Top with a splash of soda and lime zest.
