To mark the 20th anniversary of the handover, Anna Fenton returns with a new 12-part series entitled "20 Years On".  A lot has happened since the summer of 1997, and each Sunday at 8.30am she'll recall the events that have shaped Hong Kong since that memorable night when last governor Chris Patten sailed away in the pouring rain on the Royal Yacht Britannia.
