In this episode, we are sitting down with Josh Hoffman, CEO of his newly founded company LGNDRY, an event coordinating and hosting business seeking to elevate the nightlife experience in San Diego. Hoffman shares about his experience getting started in the nightlife industry and some of the important lessons and values he picked up along the way that led him to start his own business.  Examining some of the biggest challenges that come with working in the nightlife industry, Hoffman shares his hopes and vision for his company as well as lending  his advice for the aspiring entrepreneur, especially in an industry like his own after the COVID 19 pandemic. Having experience in the industry for over 10 years, he shares some insights he has gained into the industry within the San Diego region and what the future holds for the social scene of the city.
