Hello, my friends. Today, I want to continue discussing social media by looking at a shareholder lawsuit against Facebook. The lawsuit claims that Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg are operating Facebook with their personal interests in mind more than the interests of shareholders. It's a bit of a hall of mirrors, and I think it provokes good questions about how and when and why and by whom large tech companies should be regulated and managed.
If you'd like to read the (213 page!) complaint, here it is.
