REALITY is what we have to actually look at.  We can NOT allow Feelings & Thoughts to run our lives and situations.

We need to know when, how and what we are using to lead our actions and situations.

This is the ending to Therapy Part 1

Guys, I did this Episode on Therapy because I had my 2nd therapy session today and was blown away.

I wanted to share my experience. What I was able to get out of it and share some of my Therapist's feedback of me with you all.

But most of all I wanted to share what I discovered after my two seesions with my Therapist.

What I discovered about myself and the overall techniques and tools I had already been using that help me get over issues

emotions, thoughts, overthinking, and so on.  I hope you take something away from this.
