What would the world look like if everyone operated truly on the concept of a win/win? Impossible, right? I mean, at some point someone has to lose. Like in sports. One team wins. The other doesn’t. But if you ask Las Vegas Aces President Nikki Fargas about that, she says that winning isn’t just about the team on which you play, it’s about the bigger team. You may think that a former NCAA basketball star and coach – a woman who has many championship titles to her name can talk easily about “winning” because she has. She also, however, has lost and she says that it’s in taking ALL games in stride – win or lose – and focusing on how to drive forward where champions really are made. She talks about how she is intent on living in her purpose because every day she is striving to be the best version of herself. She operates on the belief that if everyone took a small moment to consider others – if everyone did that – we could fundamentally change the world. And funny enough what happens along the way – is winning.
