In 2015 Nikki finished her last shift in the Queensland Police force after 21 years of service to the community. The last 16 years she spent in forensics where attending so many major crime scenes wore her out both physically and mentally. 

Nikki’s policing career sent her very close to the edge but she’s found a new purpose in life & is so much stronger mentally & relishes in the fact she’s still ‘making a difference’ in her role as a ‘clinical perfusionist’. 

So you’d think Nikki might take it a bit easy & do something a little less stressful wouldn’t you……but no
