As a Women’s Entrepreneur VIP winner, Nikki shares how she has gone from a multi-million dollar roofing company to a beauty empire. In an industry dominated by men, Nikki gained construction experience through her property management and real estate ventures before purchasing an existing roofing company. She’s since expanded it into 3 states, crediting her solid team with its success.

The success of the roofing company has afforded her time to try other things, which is when she pivoted into the beauty industry. As a consumer of false lashes for 15 years, Nikki decided to start her own online store when lashes recently became mainstream. Her biggest hurdle has been how to stand out among competition. She’s had to be creative, and is continuously learning new ways to get in front of people. Constantly creating content, Nikki found herself venturing into starting her own podcast, Life Amplified With Nikki. Her podcast features guests from all walks of life, discussing how to amplify our lives.

Going forward, Nikki is looking into adding hair extensions to her beauty line. She says it’s not just about vanity, she wants to help women that struggle with hair loss for various reasons.
