308. Nikki Murphy Wants to Make Lash Trainings More Inclusive

We met Nikki Murphy of NK Beauty Bar & Academy at LashFest in London this spring and were blown away by her presentation.

Her talk was on being more inclusive in our trainings which is a very important topic, but then she took us for a turn we did not see coming during her talk. She shared how we need to be more inclusive in the way we teach so people who are neurodivergent can feel welcomed to our lash trainings. We had never even thought about how someone who is dyslexic or autistic might struggle in huge ways with our standard trainings.

It was such an honor to meet Nikki, hear her story, and see how she's using her past struggles to help neurodivergent lash artists have better access to lash trainings.
