Nikki Snow-Ybe is a long-time fitness hero, colleague, and friend. She is the Co-Founder of CULTIV8 Coaching, a certified Master Integrated Breakthrough Coach, and an ICF-approved IPEC Core Energy Coach. She formerly worked as an international Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills International. She lives and works in Chicago, with her wife Jo (@milkymilkyicecream) and their three dogs.
