The Nile Project was created by Mina Girgis and other musicians along the Nile River, who all come from different cultures and countries. Many of the performers cannot speak to each other because of language barriers, but they perform onstage seamlessly in order to bring awareness to the Nile River and solve trans-boundary water conflicts.
