You may have heard of the term.

It is when a community voices it's concerns and opposition to the opening of a particular residence or business in their neighborhood for various reasons.

Every one in this world needs help at one point, and personally I do care about those who are less fortunate. But the question is, those who really need help are so mixed in there surrounded by bad acting characters, that it reduces our sensitivity as a society.
