When Mixer spent between 20M and 30M for Ninja in August of 2019, they expected a spike in viewership. With Twitch seeing record numbers as viewers are stuck at home, Mixer's audience increased 0.2% from April 2019 to April 2020. That's abysmal.
A new Fortnite tournament from Ninja could bring some viewers but Mixer has to include Twitch as they haven't been able to put a dent in the Twitch audience any other way.
