In our seventh installment of the series, we’re joined by New Jersey Senate Majority Leader Teresa Ruiz, the first Latina to hold that position, and because women do it all, she was also the first NJ Senate leader to give birth while holding office.

We spoke to NJ Senate Majority Leader Ruiz about how she came to love politics and how we can get more women to say YES to running for office.
