Smart wa mum, born and bred in Mazuri. He is a first born in a family of 3. He started off selling boiled eggs, he then hawked coffee at night especially in clubs, and also tried to set up a fruits business with his only savings, and all the above didn't work out.

He later ventured into the breakdown business, that saw him through with surviving. At some point he got into karate, where he met Jose Gatutura, and that's where we started interacting in regards to playing the guitar. Ici nguo- was the first song that I ever recorded. Other songs he's created include: Mucoro, hinjio ni maku and kurisk.
